    Hi guys...This is anshul, I have also booked a 1BHK flat on Ionic eco city. I am unsure as to how many of you have visited the site but there are so many signboards put up by D.M. and court that a suit is filed in the high court. I am not sure whether it was for the ionic project or for other land.

    I have visited the site, and have seen the sign boards also..
    But never considered it since it was very far from the site..
    But we will ask clarification from the buyer regarding this issue.
    I think anshul you have posted this query in ionic blog.
    We will await comments from the ionic people.

    Ionic is giving clarification for all our doubts that are posted in the ionic blog which is good.
    Only the thing is that do not know whether it is totally right or not?
    But still if you have any more doubts we can clear it from the ionic people...

    Viva has started construction in full swing....why don't Ionic do that....Does any of you know the contact details of the primary builder....??? I think, we should now join hands and visit their head office to have a serious talk....

    chalo ham sab log ek bar ionic ke office me chalte hai
    main 5-6 person k janta hu jo ionic me booking kiye hai
    aur phir ionic wale bolte bhi hi ki media, press any people are welcome. liken pahle aap apne contact ke sabhi logo ko bulao aur is sunday pahle hum sab ionic ke office ke baher virar me milte hai phir kisi ek din sab log main office me chalte hai.

    I am fed up listening to all negative news regarding this project.

    We do not know what is the truth and when is the work going to start.

    I think it is better we all buyers have to get together and go the ionic office to clear all our doubts.

    Right now, in total there are 9 pilling m/c on the sites, the pace of work is slow,

    Guys i want to ask you any of you verified the document related to the project commencement eg :- CC, IOD, LAY OUT APPROVAL, G+7 APPROVAL????

    My father had gone to check the work last monday and he asked the guys who are working for the pilling how much it would take and the answer which he received was that they have no idea. and there was no supervisor also available. also G plus 7 approval, procedure is going on.

    Hi all,

    on Ionic ecocity blog spot the following informaiton was updated in 28 june "This is to inform you all that the construction work is in progress at the site of Ecocity and the land is free from any encumbrance of any nature. Also the recent legal proceedings / auction was not in any way connected to the land under construction and the flats sold by Ionic.

    All bookings done by the custormers of the company will be delivered to the buyers".

    Hello Everyone!!

    I was there at the site yesterday and could not find any construction happening at all. me along with my friends were looking forward to book 4-5 apartments in IONIC eco city.

    does anyone has any idea as when the construction will start and is the developer reliable???

    Dear Ankit,

    Please visit the developer office, ask him for all the documentation relevant to the project like CC, IOD, land title clear, Lay out plan approval from vvmc etc. If you are satisfied then go ahead. and please update on this blog after your visit whatever you find out.

    Please check with the developer only he can give you relevant information about the tenure, regarding what amount you need to invest that depends you want go for 1 or 2 bhk, one or more flats.
    Rate also check with developer.
    We have also invested in this project builder has given us a time frame of 2 to 2.6 years.

    Dear All,

    Ionic have applied for NOC through VVMc in the month of may, the reciept of which has scanned and send through email address which everybody had posted in Ionic blog, you can check the blog and submit the email address. if anybody needs it than do put your email address in this blog as i will send u the application form and the recipet copy of VVMC. it states that in the month of may they have applied for the approval. and also has been recieved by vvmc for which there is a receipt however there is still no news whether the approval has been accepted or not by vvmc. also it has been heard that they are trying to apply for 14 storey building over there.
    any informaiton please share with everybody.

    Our questions are still same and we are still crying for this...

    1. Advice expected date of completion of all your approval work.
    2. Advice expected date of starting of project construction work in full-fledged. Current works going on at site are just "NIL".
    3. Advice expected date of agreement of the flat.
    4. Advice expected date of completion of 1st phase of the project.

    Above dates only we required from your side with your commitment to fulfill the same.

    please start work,before world end as machine on site is only for show purpose,it does not work you go any time if you are go in the morning for site inspection the labor are out for breakfast,when u go in afternoon they are out of lunch,when u go in evening they are out for evening tea,so i wonder when they work.
